Alafia Phase III Medical Building
Our scope involved preconstruction services and building of one commercial medical shell building for future tenants for a private developer.
The exterior shell was developed using a unique selection of colors and materials, ranging from decorative stone, EIFS and aluminum storefronts. Awning systems were provided at entrances for shade and lighting protection.
