Holding positions from Architectural Draftsman, Production/Purchasing Manager to Project Manager, John has over thirty years of construction experience with projects ranging from Custom Residential to County/Federal Government Projects to Complex Commercial/ Industrial.

In 1995, John moved from NYC to Tampa to tackle the ever-growing local Tampa Bay market. He also holds a State of Florida Builders Contractors license.
